Use your NPC Finder (as I call it, but I think its a coordinates assistant) to help you find the Adventure Assistant or Khatru Pup. Talk to either one and ask them to Enter the Cube. I am a big PvE/PvM player so yes, not the best for PvP/PK. My personal stat build of choice follows a similar guideline of clerics getting 1 strength for every two levels.
